Strategic Consultation

In the initial Strategic Consultation, we work closely with our clients to fully understand their business -- their markets, products, services, competition, culture, and internal processes. Our goal is to get to know your business as well as you do. You will find we ask a lot of questions during this phase.

Goal-setting Workshop

The Goal-setting workshop allows us to determine what your ultimate goals are for the project, so we can develop a strategy and action plan to meet those requirements. We find many of our clients' goals expand after this phase, once we help them to realize the myriad ways in which internet technologies can enhance their business.

Project Definition

Project Definition comes next. Once we know what you do and what you want to accomplish, we develop a detailed Project Specification Report outlining what functionality the final solution will possess.

Technology

Next, we determine what technologies will best accomplish the objectives enumerated in the "Project Spec.". Because Infinity Solutions is not wedded contractually or ideologically to any particular development tools, we can be totally objective when determining the best, most cost-effective and time-effective approach to take. Production

The Production phase is where our expert web developers, application developers, and creative people go to work and actually build your application. Testing
